Blueshift.com is a customer engagement and marketing automation platform that helps businesses connect with and analyze their customers across email, mobile, web, and social media channels. This Smart Guide outlines key use cases and strategies for marketers to effectively engage their audiences using Blueshift’s tools.

As the Brand Designer at Blueshift, I led the rebranding and applied the new direction to this Smart Guide. The updated version features refreshed copy, updated statistics, new images, and an expanded color palette, building on the original guide with a more modern and strategic approach.
